We live in a dangerous era and extreme sports have become one of the ways of letting our fears behind. Mountain biking has remained a famous open-air recreational activity, about 40 million individuals practice this sport in the U.S. One of them is the known mountain biker, Michael Hagele, who has made himself a career out of trail-blazing mountains over the U.S., but, most especially, in California since there are excellent programs for bikers there. Other places to practice this sport are northern Virginia and the Northeast U.S. Still, the U.S. is expanding the places where this sport can be practiced. Follow Michael on Twitter @Michael_Hagele_
Michael Hagele has some great pieces of advice for starting this sport in any place you would like. He recommends trying the biking tracks that many metropolitan areas, such as Atlanta and Chicago, had installed. This places also offer the opportunity to learn from other experienced bikers who had been doing for years (Michael Hagele is one of them.) Hagele also recommends starting with the best type of equipment you can get at your budget. The equipment can be bought, borrowed, and even rented. Consider purchasing a mountain bike that has a dual suspension system on the front and on the back since they’re better for shock absorption and don’t have a hardtail.
These pieces of advice are of great because they come from a professional. Additionally, Michael Hagele also works as an outside counselor for different technological companies. He works doing research for different topics such as technology, design, internet, and electronics. Hagele has broad experience working in the national and international market. Before working in this position, he worked as a general counsel for a number of capital-backed Internet companies managing legal affairs like employment issues, intellectual property strategy, acquisition activity, among others. Hagele has a B.A from the University of Iowa and a J.D from the University of Carolina.
